Who can qualify or apply?

Assured Protection and Marketing covers properties that are of residential nature. Condos, single-family homes, duplexes & apartments are all covered. Rental properties are not available on commercial industrial properties. Property owners, tenants and even real estate agents can apply. Tenants must have a beacon score of 650 or higher and is subject to Assured Properties approval.

Where in Florida is this service available?

Assured Protection and Marketing currently provides services to clients in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County. Eventually we will be covering all states in the US.

How can I apply?

It’s very easy to apply for Assured Protection and Marketing's services. You can apply online, by phone or fax. For detailed enrollment procedures, please refer to enrollment options on this website.

How about the recovery of lost rent?

Landlords will have to sign full rights to Assured Protection and Marketing for pursuing the tenant for all delinquencies and defaults in respect of non-payment of rent. All costs will be borne by Assured Protection and Marketing.
